Evolve are working with a global pharmaceutical company who are looking to expand their team.

Our client is looking for a hardworking and self-motivated individual to join their team as a Marketing Coordinator 3 days per week.

As part of this role, you willbe managing all aspects of Marketing Operations for their Neuroscience products. This is a remote role with occasional travel to their Head Office in London.

Ideal Requirements

Ideally a Marketing Coordinator with events experience in Pharmaceuticals.
3+years of even management experience, with medical congress management delivery preferred.
Minimum of Batchelors Degree, preferably in Marketing, Event Management or Communications.
Experience of Key Opinion Leader development is desirable.
Knowledge of ABPI and EFPIA codes are an advantage.

Role Responsibilities

Lead the detailed project planning for each congress and all key activities that are required for success.
Manage and execute the delivery of presence at the Congresses, including stand management, hotel booking, restaurant booking, team attendance, production of materials, delivery to the congress and coordination with external stakeholders where appropriate.
Provide support to Marketing Managers, Commercial, Alliance and Medical Affairs team.
Support the Marketing Team with materials certification, recertification and withdrawal as required.
Work with and develop strong supportive relationships with all customers facing roles e.g., KAMs and MSLs.
