We are working with a fantastic business who are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their growing delivery team.

This role will focus on system implementations and will ideally suit someone who with previous experience of implementing softwareand systems within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.

What will you be doing as a Project Manager?

  • Responsible for the successful management and delivery of strategic projects. The Project manager will work directly with the leadership and support teams to identify specific deliverables required to support the growth of the business.
  • Coordination of internal cross functional teams and third party resources needed to support the successful delivery of projects, with timeline and budget responsibility to ensure the project is delivered in line with stakeholder expectations
  • Actively manage risks and issues throughout the project duration ensuring escalation where needed to enable timely resolution
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects into the business through deployment of change management principles and broader training / engagement programmes
  • Conduct lessons learnt at the end of a project to evaluate the success of the project upon completion and ensure best practice is incorporated into future projects
What experience should you have?

  • Previous experience working as a Project Manager within system / software implementations ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Strong project management skills (no formal qualification essential), this can be acquired in role
  • Strong organisational skills able to gain buy in from busy stakeholders and users to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
  • Focussed attention to detail and recognised as a 'completer finisher'
  • Knowledge of change management, clear thinking, positive conflict resolution & the ability to priority
