My client is looking for a Probate Litigation Associate to join their growing team. Our client is an award-winning firm that is known for its reputation and recognised by The Legal 500.

Main Duties:


  • Dealing with claimants and defendants on IPFDA claims and validity challenges
  • Converting enquiries from members of the public into clients
  • Assist with matters arising in the Private team
  • Advising on Estates that become contested
  • UK qualified Solicitor
  • Experience or understanding in the Probate and Estate sector
  • Able to deal with highvalue and complex cases
  • Build rapport and trust with clients
  • Forward thinking
