The Role

Lead The Global Team Of Data Analysts And Participating In The Extracting, Validating And Managing Of Data, Defining And Implementing Metrics, Identifying And Analysing Relevant External Perspectives, Developing Management Reports And Producing SummaryInformation For Leadership Presentations
Agile Project Management, Including Prioritizing Tasks And Committing To Deliveries
Champion A Data-Led Approach Across Programme And Facilitate Workshops
Be Able To Understand Data Requirements For Project And Advice On Best Approach To Achieve Data-Led Decisions And Maintain Programme Data
Use Various Data Analysis And Presentation Techniques To Synthesise Data And Produce Outcomes To Feed Into Programme
Work With A Variety Of Data Management, Visualisation, Reporting And Technology Management Tools (E.G. Excel, PowerBI)
Work Closely With Other Data Analytics Team Within WTW Technology To Ensure Smooth Transition Of Reporting From Transformation To BAU
