Join us as a Performance & Insight Manager, Coutts- This influential role will see you using data insights and performance to influence management decisions and inform future strategies
- You'll be part of the Coverage Delivery team, helping our management teams to track and understand our progress towards performance targets
- The work that you do will allow us to better understand our customers and drive future developments to maximise value to our customers and business
What you'll do
As a Performance & Insight Manager, you'll be developing and managing a centralised source of insight which will increase our understanding of our customers needs and inform future change and development.
Along with this, you'll be developing, delivering andevolving a robust framework of performance controls to identify and drive service improvements and support future strategies.
Through the course of your work, you'll be:
- Supporting the Head of Coverage to deliver targets and collaborating with the right people to deliver effectively on time
- Leading on the delivery of strategic projects to drive the business forward
- Making sure that there are continuous efficiency improvements in data collection, analysis and distribution to support reporting
- Developing close working relationships with internal functions such as Data & Analytics, Finance and external providers to provide data
- Identifying areas across channels where data is missing and driving actions to resolve the gaps
- Proactively building your knowledge of performance and insight across the bank and industry to continuously improve and embed fitforpurpose controls
The skills you'll need
We're looking for someone with a detailed understanding of collating, interpreting and analysing performance data and information. You'll also have experience of analysing complex information, identifying gaps, problem-solving and using data to drive decisions.
In addition, you'll demonstrate:
- Commercial and financial acumen with good product knowledge
- Wealth and private banking experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of an organisation with an ability to influence and bring together key stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to deliver against tight deadlines
