Your Ecommerce Accountant is seeking an energetic, dedicated, and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Administrator to join our remote team.

As a young company specialising in accounting for e-commercebusinesses, we thrive on providingexceptional service to our clients and building strong, lasting relationships.


Job description:


We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our dynamic team and undertake a wide range of tasks, from onboarding new clients to managing the Director's inbox.

You'll be working hand-in-handwith our seasoned Onboarding Manager, leadingan array of administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the onboarding process of new clients
  • Handle timelyand accurateprocessing of all customer documents and queries
  • Daily Inbox management
  • Register clients for HMRC taxes such as PAYE and VAT
  • Undertake ad hoc company secretarial tasks and general administration
  • Manage internal supplier payments
  • Assistwith marketing, debt management, and internal recruiting
  • Organise and manage the client database

Requirements:


  • Strong written and numeric abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent administrative, organisational and IT skills
  • Ability to take on high levels of responsibility in a fastpaced, highvolume environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to partake in all aspects of the business
  • Must be able to work from home

Full-time, Remote position

Monday to Friday


Salary:
£18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
