Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in a timely manner.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through face to face channels.
- Assist customers in resolving issues by actively listening, empathizing, and finding effective solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction levels.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Salary:
£22,038.00-£25,566.00 per year
