Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through face to face channels.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues by actively listening, empathizing, and finding effective solutions.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction levels.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Salary:
£22,038.00-£25,566.00 per year
