Are you a driven property sales consultant looking for a new challenge? My client, one of the UK's leading businesses for new build construction, is looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join their busy team.


Delivering a consultative selling approach from initial enquiry to property handover, you will be responsible for securing new home sales and managing the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients on site, providing demonstrations of the show room.
  • Assist clients during the buying process with their selections
  • Meet sales targets
  • Secure the sale of properties within budget
  • Sales administration
  • Upkeep market research of advertising, competitors and market trends
  • Assist with the handover of completed properties
  • Observe Health & Safety regulations at all times
Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in property or luxury sales
  • Flexible working capabilities
  • Evidence of working towards targets
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated consultative selling approach
