Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front of house person to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth checkout process for our customers. Minimum 1 year hospititality experience. You must have a positive, can do approach and a good sense of humour


Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Maintain a clean and organised front of house.
• Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
• Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of products

Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Bar experience including cellar knowledge.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures is preferred
