What you'll do
Reporting into the Senior Business Development Manager, this role plays a key part in accelerating the growth of the Vodafone in Health vertical, within the UK.
A key requisite for success is in-depth, continuous market insight, competitor monitoring and health industry knowledge to ensure we are able to hold the right conversations, with the right people, to address the biggest challenges and beat the competition.
As a new vertical, one of our top priorities is to rapidly build our exposure, health knowledge and credibility across the health sector, considerately and with purpose.
a) Managing sales community engagement, ensuring they are set up for success
b) Collating, analysing and cascading regular competitor insights, performance updates & market trends to improve Health division knowledge base and landscape awareness
Who you are
A role in the Business Development team requires a passion for our customers, a genuine interest in health and a curious and analytical mind, looking for new opportunities to solve some of the biggest challenges facing the health sector today.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
- Must understand the importance of putting the customer at the heart of all we do (experience within a customer facing role would be a bonus but not mandatory)
- Analytical mind ability to interpret, generate conclusions and disseminate key information from a wide range of sources
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within the health sector and in an external 'marketfacing' role preferable
- Driven selfstarter, willing to challenge the status quo, with an appetite for continuous improvement and hunger to beat the competition
