Job overview:
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and inspirational leader to work within our Step 2 Leadership Team at various locations in Norfolk and Waveney.
This position provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician with a strong background in mental health and a good understanding of the challenges of working as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Counsellor, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, or Mental Health Practitioner.

Main duties of the job:
You will be responsible for the day to day operational leadership of a team of clinicians, including line management, project work, and service development.
You would ensure compliance with our clinical governance framework, and motivate colleagues, champion service user safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities:
The Wellbeing Team Leader role is responsible for the operational management of a range of aspects of service delivery within the team and for managerial supervision of professional staff.
To ensure a responsive, high quality Talking Therapy service is provided to clients, their families and carers within the clinical environment.
They will allocate work to relevant services and monitor the team's contribution to the overall objectives of the Trust.
The Wellbeing Team Leader will provide professional governance and leadership within their area. They will deputise for the Deputy Service Manager as required. They may hold a client caseload.
Work location
We are offering a combination of remote and face-to-face treatment options and applicants for this role would need to be able to work at locally based positions within Norfolk for some of the working week.
We would therefore be interested in hearing from you if you would like to work a combination of remote and face to face working in Norfolk and Waveney.
For future face-to-face working options, being able to drive will be essential.Person specification:

Essential criteria:
- Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Qualification Or Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and BABCP Accredited. Or Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and BACP Accredited. Or Nursing degree or equivalent or Dip OT or Core Profession
Desirable criteria:
- ILM certificate in management or equivalent
