Specialist Housing Services Assistant
Bromley Area
GBP23000 to GBP24500 DOE

Bridge Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Specialist Housing Services Assistant in the Bromley area working for a Housing Association.

This role offers hybrid working 1-2 days from home and 3-4 days in the office depending on experience. Hours areMonday to Friday 9am to 5:15pm.

Duties involved:
Ensuring diaries are well managed and all documentation is filed or scanned as appropriate
Managing the CRM systems
Keeping tabs on processes and making sure that problems are allocated and resolved
Liaise with other teams, particularly finance, to make sure payments are made
Involved with functions and events for leaseholders and homeowners
