Working Hours:12 Hour Shifts and 10 Hour Shifts
, Day and Night Shifts
About You:
- You should have a flexible approach that respects individual differences with an ability to work as part of a team as well as independently, using your initiative
- Effective communication skills
- A positive, nonjudgmental approach to supporting people with mental health is essential in this role
- Be confident working alone and in teams
- Have at least 1 years' experience working in adult mental health
- A Positive "cando" attitude
- Be honest, reliable and trustworthy
- Willingness to learn
About Us:
The home is residential supported living facility for men and women enduring mental health who have a forensic history.
Experience:
- Worked in a support environment with mental health residents for a minimum of one year
Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
- DBS (preferred)
- Care Certificate (preferred)
- Full UK Driving license and access to your own vehicle (preferred)
Job Types:

£10.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, SE4 2SA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
