Description

A young lady who has complex needs, requires a Support Worker to join her team to assist her at home as required in the evenings Additional information will be given to any successful applicants.


Duties to include

  • Following instructions
  • Being proactive in looking for activities the young lady would enjoy
  • To support the young lady with independent living tasks within the home

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Honest, trustworthy, reliable and flexible
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Have the ability to learn to 'tune' into the young lady's communication needs and recognise when she is in pain
  • Patient and sensitive to the young ladies needs

HOURS OF WORK - 15 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday

  • Monday Tuesday and Wednesdays, between the hours of 4.00pm and 9.00pm
  • Blocks of time, duration of shifts 5 hours
  • Cover for other staff sickness/annual leave this may include sleepovers

RATE OF PAY
- £11.00 per hour

  • Paid annual leave entitlement of 5.6 weeks pro rata
