    To succeed you must have:



    • A degree or equivalent experience in business processes improvement.

    • SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE IN PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT WITHIN CHILDREN'S SERVICES
      AND APPLYING PROJECT MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORKS SERVICE IMPROVEMENT TOOLS AND CHANGE METHODOLOGIES
      WITH A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF THE FAMILIES FIRST PROGRAMME AND WIDER NATIONAL REFORM IN SOCIAL CARE.
      The role requires advanced knowledge of programme management principles including project initiation planning execution monitoring control closure lifecycle methodology toolsets stakeholder engagement team collaboration board reporting corporate governance regional national frameworks frameworks archetypes templates repository Excel based solutions analysis cost benefit assessment gap identification recommendations feasibility implementation verification inspection readiness scrutiny training development supervision leadership talent succession profiling review handbook guidance best practices performance measurement evaluation core metrics satisfaction service quality value added measurable outcomes key performance indicators consequence risk strategic alignment alignment portfolio reviews update packages audits etc assuming mature critical thinking interpersonal communication technology information (90%).
