The role:


Opportunity for a Risk Associate 2 years PQE with a demonstrable interest in the world of professional and regulatory risk, to be based in Bristol.


Do you have experience with law firm risk management, professional complaints, claims, contract reviews and SRA/FCA regulations? If so, this firm would really like to hear from you.


Working alongside experienced Partners, you will assist with a range of claims involving a number of stakeholders including fee earners, insurers, brokers, panel solicitors, regulators and other interested parties.


You' 'll also undertake advisory work related to the SRA StaRs, Principles and Codes of Conduct and assist with strategic and operational issues when it comes to risk and compliance management.


If you're an existing risk layer seeking a high-quality platform, or perhaps someone with a background involving regulation, solicitors' PI claims, complaints handling and/or commercial contract experience, this is a unique and interesting option to consider.
