This remains true to this day, as they have evolved into the area's favourite estate agency.

Not necessarily striving for "worlddomination", they just want to make sure that they give their clients and customers the very best level of customer service andprofessionalism.

They currently hold a 97% recommendation rate, so they are doing something right

They are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join one of their offices in the Twickenham area

As a Senior Negotiator, you will need to:

Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
Maximise revenues and help grow the property register
Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
Help maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience
Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
Be able to work effectively within a team
Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
Display high standards of service and presentation
Have good organisational skills
Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
Be a car owner with a full driving licence
