About us:
EJ Finance are a brokerage that specialises in Business funding for small to medium business. We are based in Chelmsford, Essex a 5-minute walk from the train station.
Job Role:
As a Sales Associate your roles will include
- Calling customers that have made a real time website enquiry
- Confirm the customers detail and see if we can help them
- Consult with borrowers and cost the relevant eligible lenders
- Maintain performance over several KPI verticals
- Liaise directly and 'broker' with Lenders to secure funds and better deals for our customers
- Work directly with the Operations team to maximise potential
- Maximize all business opportunities
- Deliver excellent customer service to all clients, prospect clients, internal and external customers
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience within the finance/financial services sector
- Good listening skills, understanding how and where to place complex enquires
- Demonstrate the ability to work with numbers
- Understand the importance of legal documentation and the impact on the company
- Work well under pressure
- Have a good history of hitting targets and KPIs

£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
