Job Description:


Whether you're new to supporting individuals and are looking for a career change, or have years of experience in care, you will receive the training and support you need to do your job well.

We are looking for carers who would like to work for a friendly, professional and long established organisation. We cover Bideford and other surrounding area's.


Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the individuals that we support lead valued and fulfilling lives
  • Helping them to reach their potential and achieve to the best of their ability
  • Supporting them with household tasks
  • Supporting them to enjoy their favourite activity
  • Assisting with personal care
Due to you making a real difference to clients lives, you will find new levels of job satisfaction. Our 1 hour minimum visit time allows you to establish good working relationships with your clients.


Qualifications:


No formal qualifications are required however previous experience in a health and social care or a customer service role is beneficial.

We will provide all the training required for the position.


You must have good people skills, be calm and able to adapt your approach to the meet the needs of the clients.

A willingness to learn is also essential for the role of a Care Professional as each client is different and no two days are exactly the same.

Care Assistant Benefits:

  • Excellent pay rates £ £11.70 per hour, plus double pay for bank holidays
