Description

We are looking for Transport Planners/schedulers to join a busy team in Hayes, various shifts available (Days and Nights). Well known company, competitive salary, shift allowance and overtime available

As a Transport Planner you will be responsible for ensuring all daily collections and delivery requirements are met and successfully communicated with all departments on operational issues.

Vehicle routing/planning to ensure that all deliveries for import and export collections are met
Dealing with subcontractors
Dealing with Tachograph laws and WTD
Completion of all daily transport paperwork
Record keeping/filing documents
Interact with various airlines, customer service, warehouse with updates and operational irregularities
Dealing with arrivals and pick up times
Update costs for all transport movements
Communicate with other depots around the day to maximsing vehicle utilisation

We are looking for committed and hard working individulats who ideally have worked in a scheduling role and who has good knowledge of freight.

Must have good attention to detail, able to multi task and be able to communicate effectively

Based in Hayes, there is a mixture of shifts available so if you have the experience required please apply
