We are seeking a People/HR Advisors with good experience ready to take their career to the next level.

Having gained experience in the fields of employment relations, employee governance and other HR processes (exit, job evaluation) the post-holders will be responsible for providing advisory support and guidance to one or more of the Clinical Divisions or the Corporate Division.


Highly committed to the NHS people agenda you will have gained experienced in the broad range of people related requirements of a busy Mental Health and Community Trust in London.

Excellent verbal and written skills are a must in support of the ability to influence and negotiate as are high levels of computer and systems literacy.

The ability to analyse data and generate robust reporting is also a must.

Interviews are provisionally scheduled for Tuesday 14th February 2023
