The White Rose College of the Arts & Humanities (WRoCAH) is seeking to appoint an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officer to join our team for an AHRC funded project.

The White Rose College of the Arts & Humanities (WRoCAH) is committed to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

The WRoCAH Team are embarking on a 2 year focussed programme of activities to build on our existing EDI work and to take evidence-based action to ensure all our students are fully supported to succeed in their PhD.


The proposed activities have four key objectives:
1. to improve support for recruitment activities;
2. to enhance support for current and future WRoCAH cohorts during their WRoCAH
journey;
3. to improve employability and careers prospects;
4. and to generate improved data around EDI issues with respect to recruitment,
attainment and progress

This role will work with the existing WRoCAH team in identifying and delivering this programme of activity.

This role is available on a 1.0FTE fixed term basis, from now until 31 March 2025.
