Description

You will be required to:

  • Undertake repairs and renewal works.
  • Advise our supervisors in a timely manner when other trades are required.
  • Work in partnership with other operatives to complete tasks.
  • Complete daily work sheets which detail the work undertaken and materials used
  • Use timely and productive methods to complete projects.
  • Assist with other trades if needed.
  • Work within the Health and Safety Professional Standards.
  • Gain an understanding and demonstrate the Wates commitment to our safeguarding policy towards children and vulnerable adults.

Requirements:


  • Full UK Drivers Licence
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • SMSTS (Desirable but not essential)

Pay Rate:

  • Internal Site Manager (Occupied Kitchens, Bathrooms & Voids)
£28.00p/h (Umbrella Rate)

  • External Site Manager (Working across residential properties, Roofs & Windows)
£28.03p/h (Umbrella Rate)

Hours:

  • 40 hours per week (Mon to Fri)
