We have two exciting full-time opportunities in our Herne Bay team to provide care and support to people with learning disabilities.

This involves helping them to develop life skills and become as independent as possible within their own homes.

At our supported living unit in Herne Bay, you will utilise the personal support plans of 6 adults with learning disabilities.

This will include supporting them with their daily routines and to access a wide range of activities within the community.

You will be working within a team to provide 24-hour cover, 7 days a week, which may involve working evenings and weekends and also cover sleep-ins (paid at £70.47 per night).

Support Worker Requirements:

This role will involve some elements of travel within the communities of Canterbury, Herne Bay and Whitstable. Therefore, a driving licence is preferred but is not essential.
