The Role


The Product Managerwill be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of user needs,identifying and prioritising customer feedback, and driving product initiativesto meet those needs.


About you

Responsibilities:

Maintain detailed understanding of current andfuture user needs:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, marketdynamics, and user requirements.
  • Conduct user research, analyse data, and gatherinsights to inform product decisions.

Identify and triage customer feedback:

  • Gather and evaluate customer feedback,prioritising issues and feature requests.
  • Collaborate with customer success and salesteams to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements.

Identify, research, and document productinitiatives:

  • Define problem statements, user stories, andrequirements for new product features.
  • Conduct market and competitive research toidentify opportunities for product enhancements.

Manage and prioritise Roadmap:


  • Take ownership of the endtoend lifecycle ofnew product initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for productinitiatives.
  • Prioritise initiatives based on strategicobjectives, user needs, and business goals.

Work with product, design, and development teamsto own design and specification of product initiatives:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams tocreate user flows and design specifications.
  • Provide clear documentation to enable estimationfor practice and technical development efforts.

Oversee user testing:


  • Coordinate user testing activities to gatherfeedback and validate product concepts.
  • Analyse test results and iterate on productdesigns based on user insights.

Oversee product releases:


  • Coordinate with development, marketing, andsales teams to plan and execute successful product releases.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new features intothe product ecosystem.

Support content creation:


  • Collaborate with marketing team to developmarketing materials and messaging for product releases.
  • Provide support to Product Marketing Manager increation of sales enablement resources and product demonstrations.
  • Assist in the development of training materialsand provide support to customers.

Work with Product Marketing Manager on releaseplan and customer communications:

  • Collaborate to create a release plan andcommunicate product updates to customers.
  • Ensure effective communication of product valueproposition and benefits.

Review and communicate updates and success of productinitiatives:

  • Regularly review and report on the progress andsuccess of product initiatives.
  • Communicate updates to internal and externalstakeholders, highlighting achievements and key metrics.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 3 years proven experience in productmanagement or related roles, preferably in the healthcare or SAAS industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Solid project management skills, with theability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience with usercentred design principlesand methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Knowledge of data management and analysistechniques.
  • Familiarity with Agile developmentmethodologies.
  • Resultsoriented mindset and a passion fordelivering highquality products.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and evolvingenvironment.
