Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager to join our ambitious client based in Norwich, on a remote basis.

The role is paying £45k, will full flexible working, although some time on site would be useful occasionally.

As part of a growing team, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the SDLC to enable new software and upgrades to be delivered effectively and appropriately within the business.

As a Scrum evangelist, you will work with the teams to develop theappropriate process, governance and controls, upskilling teams to the Agile way, and developing a new culture with the IT teams.

Leading Scrum values and practices across the Development and Product teams, you will help deliver quality solutions to customers across the globe.

You will coach and develop the maturity of Agile knowledge during end-to-end project and product delivery working.

The group are continuing their huge digital and technical transformation projects across Software, Infrastructure, Data etc, so we need someone that is hands on, a strong influencer and great at removing blockers as well as supporting the organisation throughthe change curve.


Desirable skills:
Agile techniques - User stories, TDD, CD/CI, Automation testing etc.
Proven Project Management, Scrum Master or Delivery experience.

Collaborative leadership and coaching to maximise the team's potential, implementing and managing Agile practices to ensure maximum performance and productivity.

Ability to recognise strengths and opportunities, with a solution focused approach.
