We have an opportunity for an
Apprentice Business Administrator
to join us at Sovereign.***You'll be part of our People Team based at our Basingstoke office.


This is a two year fixed term contract where you'll be working with the team and studying for a qualification.

The salary will be £16,000 per year.


The Apprenticeship***As an Apprentice Business Administrator you'll get the chance to work in different areas of our People Team.


Our Teams:
-
Organisational Development oversee all of the learning that we do as a business. This could be apprenticeships, management training or people skills. They also look at how every colleague has the opportunity to develop and progress.

Rewards look after all things to do with Employee benefits. This includes our salaries and bonus scheme as well as voluntary benefits such as private medical cover and pension. They also oversee how we recognise our colleagues for doing a great job and wellbeing.

HR look after the employee lifecycle from new starters to leavers. They are the are the first point of contact for questions about contracts, maternity and paternity, internal moves, holiday, employee relations and a lot more

You'll be learning on the job, working alongside our highly skilled mentors. You'll gain practical experience, a salary and have access to all of our employee benefits. You will also achieve a Level 3 Business Administrator, a nationally recognised qualification.


About you

Ideally you'll have Maths & English GCSE Level 4 or above (A-C), if not you'll be willing to study them as part of your qualification.

Our assessment days will take place between the 15th and 27th October.
