Purpose of Role:
The role holder will be the first port of call for incident management from our bespoke central communications centre.
You will be responsible for communicating with the entire estates retail and manufacturing sites to promote a safe and secure working environment; alongside investigations of Organised Crime and working with Police to seek offender arrests.
You will ensure the implementation of all procedures in line with company policy.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage and advise on deployment of resources following serious incidents within the Morrisons stores.
- Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to, making management aware of any procedural vulnerabilities
- Centrally review CCTV following to obtain Police evidence
- Assist the Crime Hub in investigating organised and travelling offenders.
- Oversee the operational security processes of our manufacturing sites
- Access / Egress of vehicles, staff and visitors across the estate
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
- Analyse crime trends and present actionable intelligence to effectively manage security resources and provide end to end case management with the objective of securing criminal convictions and custodial sentences
General:
- Show a level of flexibility and be able to adapt to new requests outside of the core role on request.
- Ensure all requests are responded to in a timely manner.
- Any other reasonable duties as required by your Line Manager.
External relationships:
- Maintain appropriate working relationship to assist in the achievement of the primary purpose of the role with a variety of external stakeholders. This may include (but is not limited to)
- Police Authorities, Business Improvement Districts, Business Crime Reduction Partnerships.
Essential:
- Valid Frontline SIA license
- Fiveyear traceable work history
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make decisions, take responsibility and respond to a changing workload.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.

- Strong problemsolving skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to work within a team environment
Desirable:
- Public Space Surveillance SIA License
- Or desire to work towards
- Working knowledge of Police and Criminal Evidence act 198
- Understanding of the Criminal Justice System
- Control Room experience
- Full driving licence
