Description

ASCS are looking for cleaners to join their team within the Plymouth and South Brent area.

20.25 hours every week with an additional 12.5 hours fortnightly and, 8 hours monthly due to the requirement of the clients.

it total it is 114 hours a month.

Please note, having your own transport is essential for this role as you will have to take all cleaning equipment to each scheme.

Duties:

Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
Empty trash and replace garbage bags
Clean doors/windows.
Maintain cleanliness of floors by using appropriate cleaning equipment.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Qualifications:
Ideally a current DBS check but this isn't essential.
Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Good attention to detail
Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
Excellent time management skills
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
