DegreeSix is a specialist agency, working solely with Residential & Supported Living services for Young People [aged - 18] in some of the top private Social Care providers in the Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire area.

We're working with a Solo LD Residential home supporting Young People (aged in the Ilkeston area.(Please note - due to location the client is looking for drivers to reliably travel to work)

The child within the home has Autism, Complex Learning Disabilities and Behavioural Challenges
. We are looking for caring Support Workers that have the knowledge, Experience, Compassion, Patience and Understanding to provide quality care to this child.

You'll be working on a set rota completing a mixture of day shift patterns (07:30 - 15:00 / 14:30 - 22:00 / 07:30 - 22:00).

Role Requirements

Required 6 months minimum of UKbased Social Care experience directly with Children in Residential homes

Required

UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle

Preferable

Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Online update service (New required, if not registered Online)
