Advantage Resourcing are currently supporting a long established Managed Service consultancy who are seeking an experienced
IT Support Analyst to join their service desk team based in London.

This role will be focus on providing excellent support services to a wide array of UK and international customers. This position is based in London with regular days at one of their top clients sites in Watford.


Requirements:


  • Multiple years experience in 1st/2nd line support
  • Experience in Active Directory
  • Knowledge of IPv4, network patching and network hardware
  • Exposure to virtualization technologies and storage systems
  • Experience in Corporate AV systems an ideal
  • Full UK Right to Work
  • No sponsorship options available

Overview:

- £33,000 to £37,000 per annum

  • Fulltime permanent role

- hybird role
  • One day WFH
  • Travel to London and Watford client sites
  • Rota'd basis

Responsibilities:


  • Provide 1st/2nd line support to a range of clients
  • Remote support via head office and
  • Onsite support to clients in London and Watford on a rota'd basis
  • Updating tickets within service desk software
  • Desktop patching and maintenance support
  • On call support part of a team rota
