Change Support Officer - Inside IR35

Contract Term: 5 months (possible extension)

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) priorities include improving public safety and reducing reoffending by reforming prisons, probation and youth justice, and building a justice system which makes access to justice swifter and more certain for all citizens whatever their background.

Project professionals in the MoJ help to improve the government's ability to protect the public and reduce reoffending, and to provide a more effective, transparent and responsive criminal justice system for victims and the public.

The main duties and responsibilities of the Change Support Officer would be to:

Support change control forums including, noting minutes and actions;
Chair the meetings
Develop meeting agendas
Update change control logs
Follow up on agenda items and actions with development teams
Attend weekly change meetings

You'll have:

Knowledge of working in an Agile delivery environment and supporting senior stakeholders and delivery/implementation teams
Experience of Agile working
Experience of working on IT Projects
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Working knowledge of Excel, MS Outlook essential and preferable to have knowledge of Jira and Smart Sheets
Previous experience using Confluence and Jira
Strong stakeholder management skills
