Joining this market-leading electrical distribution business in Norwich as a Graduate Sales Trainee, you will complete an intensive training period and learn to build strong relationships with B2B customers.

The company you'll be joining has a proven track record of developing graduate sales talent.

Having been established for well over 200 years, the company are a dominant force within the electrical wholesale distribution industry and their sales exceed £1.5 billion annually.

They have a vast customer range including local authorities, schools and hospitals, electrical contracting companies and are even royal warrant holders.


Role Responsibilities

As a Graduate Sales Trainee, you will:

  • Learn about key areas of the business, market and the company's technical electrical product range.
  • Complete a tailored training programme.
  • Manage current sales accounts, spot opportunities for growth and maximise profitability.
  • Represent the business confidently and professionally.
  • Advise customers on the best solution available to meet their requirements over the phone.

  • A starting salary of £26,000
  • £27,000
