Description

The role requires excellent attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation skills, and would be the perfect opportunity for someone who was interested in developing their project management career.

Previous exposure to Adobe programs would be beneficial, however training will be provided for those who do not.


Duties will include:


  • Maintain a thorough awareness and understanding of project information and project team contacts and ensure our intranet is up to date.
  • Manage all project information maintaining a full working knowledge of project extranets and ensure the team follows agreed protocols.
  • Arrange all events, book meeting rooms and organise refreshments.
  • Manage calendars and arrange travel and accommodation for team members.


This is a role where you will mostly be needed in the office, but there may be some flexibility with the occasional remote working day.
