Education for the 21st Century is driven by the unwavering belief that all children and young people, regardless of background or ability, should have access to an excellent education

Our vision is clear:

to create welcoming and open schools for the local community, where every person thrives, makes excellent progress and succeeds.

We are committed to improving outcomes and transforming lives, realising social mobility, and the transformative power of education.

We value the individual characteristics of all our schools whilst bringing them together around a framework that delivers an enriching experience and an excellent education for the young people within our care.

As we continue to grow and evolve, we need to deliver the best possible environment for staff and students.

It's for this reason E21C is recruiting a new Head of Estates, working at the very heart of our Trust.

Reporting directly to our COO, this is a key role in establishing operational excellence, ensuring the estates management function is of the absolute highest quality and allows each of our academies to flourish as well as being wholly compliant with health & safety.

Naturally, we are looking for someone with a strong track record of success in a similar role but it's important to us that you bring a clear understanding of the importance of excellent stakeholder engagement as new Head of Estates will need to forge strong partnerships with leaders across our academies.

Whether you are already working in education or you are interested in switching sectors, we are always keen to hear from great leaders.

In return we can offer you unparalleled support within an ambitious and growing organisation coupled with a firm commitment to CPD.

Crucially, you will have the opportunity to work with a strong central team, all working together to build sustainable excellence in our schools.
