Description
We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Telecoms team based in the Maidenhead area.Within this role, you can enjoy exposure to exciting major projects, progression opportunities, support in obtaining further qualifications, and even more.

Salary:
Up to £30k per annum plus benefits & training
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the detailed test, inspection, and condition surveys of mobile phone mast installations.
- Carry out inspections of towers, poles, and fall arrest systems as well as testing anchor points, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
- Producing reports and undertaking minor remedial tasks, along with ensuring that all work is undertaken in a safe and proper manner.
- Liaising with a number of stakeholders including but not limited to site providers, client staff, and helpdesk administration.
- Required to attend internal and external review meetings, ensure PUWER, vehicle, calibration, and training records are maintained, and assist in the mentoring and development of site operatives.
Full training will be given on Advanced Climber, Tower Rescue, RF Awareness & Safety, First Aid at height, Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working at Height Medical, NRWSW Unit 2, Rope Access, and MEWP (Mobile elevating work platforms).
