Senior Solicitor - Property Litigation - Chester

We are working with a leading law firm in Chester who are looking to bring on board an experienced property litigation solicitor.

The company we are working with have a long history of success across multiple areas of law, including family law, commercial property and residential conveyancing, wills and probate, and have an in-house financial advice team.

Upon joining the property litigation team, you will be taking lead on both internal and external client cases from inception through to completion.

You will be given the autonomy to manage your own workload and will also hold responsibility to supervisejunior members of the team.

To be considered for this property litigation role you will need to have the following;

Knowledge and experience of property litigation and procedures, especially fast track trials, multitrack trials, debt recovery, and consumer contracts
Both court and advocacy experience
A good understanding of business development and managing departmental finances.
