We are recruiting for a Admin Support - Neurology who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
An exciting opportunity exists for a committed individual to join the Neurology team as an admin support based at Lister Hospital.
As a member of the team you will be working closely with the team ensuring timely management of department administration.

To provide effective administration support, including coordination of outpatient appointments and managing PTL's for the Neurology team.
Ensure all referrals are entered onto the Lorenzo system on the appropriate waiting list, according to 'date of receipt' in the hospital.
Ensure all referrals are regularly passed to clinicians to assign appointment priority in a timely manner.
Take telephone calls, ensuring that all relevant issues are dealt with, or accurate messages recorded and passed on to the appropriate person/s.
Deal with relatives and health care professionals courteously, ensuring that issues are resolved, or that a named individual takes responsibility for issues which cannot be resolved immediately.
