We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors in Telford and make a positive impact in the lives of students.


As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting schools by supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure that pre-set work is completed by students and maintain a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and manage the behavior of students in the classroom, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Provide support and assistance to students, helping them to understand the assigned tasks.
  • Encourage student engagement and maintain high levels of student participation.
  • Manage any classroom disruptions effectively and in accordance with school policies.
  • Complete necessary administrative tasks, such as taking attendance and reporting on student progress.

Requirements:


  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students effectively.
  • Good organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • The ability to adapt to different classroom environments and work collaboratively with school staff.
  • A passion for education and a desire to inspire and motivate students.
  • Previous experience working with young people is advantageous but not essential.

Salary:
£90.00-£120.00 per day

  • Telford, TF3 3BD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

  • Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
