Salary and Benefits:

A competitive starting salary and excellent commission structure
Monday to Friday working hours of 8.45am 5.30pm with a 4.00 pm finish on a Friday
22 days holidays + bank holidays + 2 wellness days + Christmas shutdown

Once fully trained you will be responsible for the following:

Develop an excellent understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
Provide a consultative approach to our clients, advising them of market trends, assisting with salary benchmarking, and brainstorming requirements for new roles
Develop, amend, and post job descriptions to appropriate job boards and on our internal database
Enter CVs and contact details onto our database for current and future reference
Account management of existing clients and expand business opportunities
Working towards and exceeding monthly revenue target and KPIs
