Director of Commerical Dvelopment | Salary up to 55,000 | Warrington St. Rocco's provides outstanding care and support for patients with life limiting conditions and their families in Warrington. Our care is funded by various sources across fundraising and our retail operation, comprising 8 shops and an e-commerce business.

Our ambition is to significantly grow all our income streams and identify new business opportunities, so that we can provide more outstanding palliative care for the people of Warrington.

About You

You will work closely with the Chief Executive, the Board of Trustees and your teams to develop and implement a robust Income Generation Strategy.

You will facilitate creative and commercial thinking and a 'can do' attitude to identify solutions to raiseadditional income, improve return on investment and additional contribution for the Hospice.

You will have exceptional leadership skills which enable you to communicate the vision of what can be achieved and lead excellence in innovation and execution across the income generation teams (paid staff and volunteers), delivering ambitious targets.

The posts are not salary incremental posts and pay reviews are at the discretion of the Hospice.

Normal hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week worked between Monday to Sunday at days and times notified by your line manager (typically Monday to Friday, flexibility is available and required).

These hours do not include a 30 mins unpaid meal break whichyou will be entitled to take if you work a shift lasting longer than 6 hours.

You may be required to work additional hours to those published.

A referral to Occupational Health in relation to Health and Safety aspects of the role may be made prior to employment, however the offer of employment will not be conditional upon this.
