Due to rapid growth, Howarth Morris are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a rapidly growing, longstanding organisation to support the CFO, Finance Director, and Head of Finance.


Role Duties:

  • Produce monthly MI packs and drive follow up meetings with directors for areas of the business.
  • Send monthly P&L's and organise meetings with support areas of the business.
  • Review detailed KPIs to identify trends and future pipeline issues, and working closely with Director's to identify corrective action before any financial impact is evident.
  • Business Partnering, providing ad hoc analysis and reporting.
  • Provide detailed commentary and recommendations where required to support key business decisions.
  • Ensure all reporting deadlines are met, providing adequate detail ahead of time.
  • Annual budget preparation.
  • Quarterly reforecasts.
  • Weekly financial and KPI reporting.
  • Support CFO, Finance Director, and Head of Finance in all aspects of refinancing, information gathering, analysis and consolidation.

Skills & Experience:

  • CIMA, ACCA, ACA fully qualified or finalist
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business, working with both Financial and Non-Financial teams
  • Experience in the Legal sector is desirable, but not essential.
