CUSTOMER CARE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE - OFFICE BASED - NEWCASTLE
My client are a property company specialising in new builds who are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team to be office based in Newcastle

Day to day duties:

Keeping the internal CRM system up to date
Provide administration support to all members of Customer Service team including management
Communicating with customers prior to their move in date
Collating figures for weekly meetings for the management team
