not for profit organisation and is structured and functions as an agency, with a client services team and a creative team of Content Designers and Producers.
The agency services many business areas within the organisation,and the projects are very varied; B2B, B2C, print, digital, campaign, film and more.
Target audiences vary hugely too.The agency is well established there and is staffed with very talented people who all work collaboratively to produce work to a really highstandard.
The environment is full of energy and positivity.The Role
This role takes responsibility for client relationships across design, media, digital and print.
It requires an experienced senior account management professional with proven client servicing skills and an understanding of all areas of strategic marketingincluding design, print, digital and media channels to deliver bespoke and integrated campaigns.
The role is client-facing, and you will liaise regularly with Marketing Managers and other senior Managers from professional services and academics to improve strategic planning, ensure effective briefing to the creative team, supporting these clients onbest practice and managing their expectations on project delivery.
- Delivering professional quality visual communications
- Providing firstclass customer service
- Developing a business for growth and profitability
You will use your team management experience to mentor, develop and inspire a team of four AEs/AMs to be the very best of themselves and for their clients.
