About us

We're a curated online marketplace for over 700 British artisan food and drink producers selling their produce directly to UK consumers on our platform.

We are a small but passionate and ambitious team looking to continue to grow Yumbles strongly in the UK.

Our passion is small batch produced food & drink and championing the incredible small producers who make and sell it on our marketplace.

About the role
This role is responsible for increasing our sales with the execution of strong marketing campaigns.

Your mission will be to ensure we are successfully getting our message across to our customers through the right channels and at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with one of the founders on marketing campaign ideas, and the monthly marketing calendar.
• Monitor, analyse & report on campaign and channel performance. Collect & analyse customer insights.
• Continuously strive to improve our marketing performance. Continuously test, iterate and learn what works. Make use of the latest tools available.
• Stay up to date on the latest relevant marketing best practices & consumer trends

What we're looking for

• 12 years relevant marketing experience is ideal but not essential. We are looking for aptitude, ambition and enthusiasm for our business above all.
• Results focused. Motivated by executing campaigns that yield strong results.
• Embraces an analytical approach and is comfortable working with data and digging into numbers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English). You write in clear, simple language that gets the message across
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and hit deadlines.
• Strong work ethic.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in various aspects of marketing.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
