Description
People's Partnership have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a HR Compliance Adviser.
Main Purpose:
Reporting to the HR Shared Services Manager this role is responsible for ensuring that all the appropriate HR administrative tasks are completed relating to the Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) of People's Partnership.
Keeping up to date with legislation and ensuring that there is an effective and efficient process in place to support the administrative process and proactively manage this to effectively embed and continually improve over the coming months.
Skills & Experience:
Essential
- Experience of background checking within a secure/financial environment
- Awareness of HR Compliance best practice
- Good organisational skills and Time Management
- Clear communication skills both verbal and written
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and HR Systems
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- An ability to stay calm under pressure
- Able to work in team
- Knowledge of Sage People HR system
- Experience working in a Secure or Financial Services industry
- Experience in working with Non-Executive Directors
- Previous experience working with an HR function
- Positive and solution focused, with cando attitude
