Solicitor - Private Client (Full or Part-Time)

I am currently working with one of the leading, Legal 500 law firms in central Wiltshire as they search for a Solicitor to join their Private Client team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a modern commercial practice with a national footprint,offering a wide range of legal services to both individuals and businesses.

With a reputation for conducting work more commonly associated with larger practices, you'll be part of a dedicated team of lawyers who provide bespoke advice to clients.


This is what you'll be doing:

  • Undertake fee earning work for private clients in areas including probate and estate administration, wills, tax, LPAs, trusts, conveyancing, and more
  • Assist a partner with an established caseload, working in conjunction with and independently of the partner concerned
  • Ensure the capabilities of the team remain high by participating in professional and skill development
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients and provide excellent levels of service
  • Study for the STEP diploma to enhance your career development

The experience you'll bring to the team:

  • 2+ years' PQE as a qualified lawyer
  • Sound knowledge of probate and deeds of variation is essential for this role
  • Experience in trusts and tax would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
