A specialist multi-disciplinary practice are looking to add a career-focused and self-motivated Senior Building Surveyor to their Manchester team.


The Senior Building Surveyor role


Due to the continuous growth of this practice, they are now looking for a dedicated Senior Building Surveyor to support their Manchester Building Consultancy team.


The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be managing a wide range of professional services including dilapidations, feasibility studies, pre-acquisition surveys, planned preventative maintenance, defect diagnosis, measured surveys and reinstatement costassessments.


Alongside this, the Senior Building Surveyor will be supporting the team on projects from inception through to completion including refurbishments & repairs, new build developments, maintenance schemes and fit-outs.


The Senior Building Surveyor

  • A Building Surveying Degree
  • MRICS
  • Consultancy background
  • Relevant Building Surveying experience
