RTA Team Leader

An RTA Team Leader/Manager is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100, Defendant law firm in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

My client is an award winning, national firm with an enviable reputation in the market.

Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Supervisor to join their market leading Defendant Motor department.

You will be working with the Team Leaders to provide technical support and guidance to Fee Earners within the MOJ, Small claims and Fast Track department.

You will drive through processes and policies to ensure best practice and technical progression in line with client SLAs. As part of the role you will undertake reviews and audit assessments and identify any training needs. You will also be responsible for managing performance and developing staff.

Applications are invited from both Defendant and Claimant RTA Lawyers and you will have previous experience of technical coaching and mentoring.
