To provide organisational development, (OD) professional leadership to the Leadership and Talent (L&T) and Staff Engagement (SE) work streams that enables the team to deliver its priorities.

As a key member of the Organisational Development management team this role will contribute to the development and implementation of both the L&T Strategic plan and the Equality and Diversity Strategic Plan both of which are aligned to the People and OD Strategy vision to attract, develop, and retain highly skilled, engaged, and compassionate people who thrive to make a positive difference to patient care.
